Death Records
There are three death records in Franklin Co in the 19th century for similar names to "Christian". This in no way represents the entirety of similar names. They just happened to be names I was researching at the time and found evidence for. These were taken from the files of the genealogical office for Franklin Co, PA.
1. Christopher Pence. Died Dec 1810.
2. Christiana Pence. Died Dec 1815. Executrix: Magdalena
3. Christopher Pentz. Died Apr 1877.
The Line of Christian Pentz I& II of Franklin Co.
The following line was also recorded there:
Christian Pentz I = Mary Magdalena. Six children recorded: Christian II, Peter, Daniel, Christopher, Christiana, and Catherine.
Their son Christian Pentz II married Mary (some records have a different name for his spouse) and died in March 1833. The had the following children:
1. Rev. John Andrew Pentz
2. Jacob Pentz
3. Magdalena "Nelli" Pentz
4. Henry Pentz
5. William Pentz
6. Christopher Columbus Pentz
7. David Pentz
Online sources do not always list 'David", the sixth child.
